studio38.sfx is a digi program that does WAV and RAW files, and the
     registered version will do IFF, AU, and will be able to produce two 8
     bit rez...it requies a C128 and an REU, and supports Stereo SIDs for
     true stereo playback of stereo WAV/IFF and AU files
