New features include:

character editor (built in)
lots more!
Comes with some sids and character
sets, in case you don't have any.
Extra feature: Have you ever had a
character set, where  it was either
not 9 blocks long, or most of the
set was redefined WORTHLESS graphics?
Well, a new option is to restore the
first or second half of the set.
