This file has been sitting around in my collection for a while. There's been
some interest expressed for a program that fixes read errors, so I figured
I'd up it. Not all types of read errors are fixable, but if you have a 128
with a 1541/1571 and a 40 column monitor, this program will fix several 
read errors. The online instructions say which ones.
